Abstract Guideline

Call for Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit original papers on topics related to the conference scope as well as beyond the scope of conference for the benefit of the participants. All submissions must be original research that is not published or currently under review by any another conference or journal.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be prepared by following the guidelines. Authors can send their abstracts through registration form and/or through an e-mail address that we will be providing on or before 25th July 2026. We welcome abstracts within the scope of the conference. The scientific committee will review submitted abstracts. The submitted abstracts that are not in the format of the guidelines shall be returned to the respective author for timely revision while irrelevant abstracts shall not be considered for presentation.

Abstract Format
In order for an abstract to be considered, the following format must be observed:

  • Abstract title should be brief with a maximum of 30 words and reflect the content.
  • No more than 10 authors should be listed. The professional title, institutional affiliations and address of institution should be stated.
  • The abstract should contain the following headings:
    • Introduction
    • Objectives: state the main objective
    • Methods: Describe the setting, study design, study population, data collection, laboratory technique and statistical analysis
    • Results: Clear, concise and precise findings/ outcome of the study
    • Conclusion
  • Abstract exceeding 300 words will not be accepted.
  • Figures, photographs, tables or charts are not allowed.
  • Abstracts must be submitted with the intention that the research described in the abstract will be the work that is presented with the same title and content.
